Click on this link for the Young Women in Public Affairs scholarship form for 2008. This one-time $1,000 scholarship is awarded to a young woman from our area who exemplifies the Zonta ideals and is committed to improving the status of women.

The goal of the Zonta International Young Women in Public Affairs (YWPA) Program is to encourage more young women to participate in public and political life by recognizing a commitment to the volunteer sector, evidence of volunteer leadership achievements and a dedication to the advancement of the status of women.

Applicants must be pre-university or pre-college students (age 16-20) at the time of application.
